A Winter Day Keeping Minnesota Homes Warm and Cozy

Morning Briefing – 6:30 AM

The day starts early at Heating & Cooling Two Inc., as we gather for our morning dispatch meeting. With temperatures dropping below zero in Rogers and surrounding areas, we know it’s going to be a busy day helping our Minnesota neighbors stay warm.

First Call – 7:15 AM

Our first emergency service call takes us to Maple Grove, where a family woke up to a cold house. After a thorough diagnostic check, we identify a failed ignitor – a common issue during these harsh winter months. Within an hour, their furnace is running smoothly again.

Mid-Morning – 9:30 AM

We head to Osseo for a scheduled maintenance appointment. Preventive care is crucial for heating systems, and we take pride in helping homeowners avoid unexpected breakdowns. During the inspection, we:

• Clean the furnace components
• Check all electrical connections
• Test the thermostat
• Ensure proper airflow
• Examine the heat exchanger

Afternoon – 1:00 PM

The afternoon brings us to Champlin for a heater installation consultation. We help the homeowner understand their options and select the perfect system for their home’s size and their family’s needs.

Late Afternoon – 3:30 PM

Back in Dayton, we complete a furnace repair for a senior citizen whose heating system was making concerning noises. It’s especially rewarding to help vulnerable community members stay safe and warm during Minnesota winters.

End of Day – 5:00 PM

Before heading home, we ensure all our service vans are restocked with commonly needed parts and complete our daily paperwork. Knowing we’ve helped keep our neighbors in Otsego and surrounding communities warm makes every busy day worthwhile.

Our commitment to providing reliable heating services throughout the Minneapolis suburbs drives us to maintain the highest standards of professional service, whether we’re performing routine maintenance or responding to emergency calls.
